Refund policy

Every piece is printed to order for you. Because of that, we don't take returns or exchanges for change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size chart on the product page before you order.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, email hello@elasticenergy.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, your choice.

If your order hasn't arrived 30 days after it ships, email us. We'll track it down or send a new one.

Need to cancel? Email us as soon as you can. If your order hasn't gone to print yet, we'll refund it in full.
